We're here underneath our trailer where we needed to reroute our pipe around our new suspension system. And we're going to be using these elbows to do that rerouting. Ellen: Hey everyone, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and today we're going to be taking a look at the LaSalle Bristol Sweep Elbow fitting. This is going to be a more gradual 90 degree fitting for your pipes, which is always important whenever you're trying to connect your sewer pipes together, you don't want it to be at a sharp angle because things can get clogged up in the elbow. So this is going to be a more gradual angle for us so we can connect our two pipes together and continue on with our sewer fittings, or our sewer pipes.This connects to a one and a half inch diameter pipe, same on the other side. It's even printed on there, might be kind of hard to see, but it's going to fit over the one and a half inch pipes on either side. Again, it's going to be a 90 degree fitting, so it's going to change directions from horizontal to vertical, or vice versa, or go around a corner, or wherever we need it to go.It's made of a sturdy ABS plastic construction, so that's really good at resisting any kind of shock and abrasion damage. So this is going to help you to drain out your sink or your bathroom drain or your shower directly to the exterior of your RV so you can get everything drained out that way. And this will work with a hose or vinyl tubing so you can run it to a specific area rather than it just coming straight out of your RV. But it's just going to be this little plastic port, comes with a cap and a tether so you can mount that and not lose the cap anytime you take it off. It's going to be pretty easy to use. more

Today we're going to take a look at the LaSalle Bristol one and a half inch P trap adapter for the RV sewer system. Now, this trap adapter will adapt a solvent weld connection to a slip joint connection. Basically this nut will go over your sewer pipe. This plastic feral will go over that same pipe and sit within the nut just like this. And then this run and a half inch hub will slide over a separate sewer pipe and it connects using an ABS solvent cement to the pipe. And then you'll just connect this sewer pipe to this one, when you just attach it like that and then thread it together to join the two separate pipes. more

This is going to be a 90 degree fitting, so we can change the direction of flow. From either going horizontally to vertical, or vice versa, or really any direction that we need it to change to. Again, it is going to be a 90 degree angle, and this is going to be the three inch diameter but as a hub configuration. So it's going to go around another pipe, so it's going to fit your three inch pipes. more

This is designed to let you drain your sink or your shower to an external tank, or just outside to a hose on your RV. If you don't want to have your water draining into an onboard water tank, or you've not set up for that, this is going to be that part that you need to get everything drained out to an external location.So it's going to have our fitting here. This is going to be a barb fitting that measures three quarters of an inch in diameter, and then our standard strainer connection fits a one and three quarter inch diameter, that's going to be the inside measurement of those threads there. more

Valterra ABS Solvent Cement Review- Video

Today we're going to be taking a look at the ABS Weld-On Solvent.Now, the Valterra ABS Weld-On Solvent is going to be used so we can fuse together all of our sewer lines on our coach or motor home. Essentially, this differs from normal cement in that this is actually going to form a fusion weld with the ABS plastic. It's specifically designed for this exact purpose. Similar to what we might find for PVC pipes where it's actually cement, this is going to cause a chemical reaction with the plastic and form a nice tight and secure seal. more

Today we're going to be taking a look at the EZ Coupler four-in-one threaded RV sewer hose adapter with a 90-degree elbow fitting, part number F02-3305VP. You can pick up just the sewer adapter with part number F02-3103 or the threaded attachment with part number F02-3105. This threaded adapter makes it easy to connect your RV sewer hose to a dump station. It's going to work with your standard 3-inch RV sewer hose. It simply threads in place for a gas-tight fitting. There are no clamps or hardware required. With it in place, we have our slip fitting that can easily be attached to any dump station. Today we're going to be taking a look at the EZ Coupler RV Sewer Fitting Kit, part number F02-3303. This kit is going to come with everything you need to adapt your three inch standard RV sewer hose to a dump station. We have our bayonet fitting for our RV side, our 90 degree elbow with the slip fitting for our dump station, and then a coupler so we can connect two hoses together. The bayonet fitting simply threads in place for a gas tight fit. There are no hardware or clamps required. Once in place, the bayonet fitting easily attaches to our RV's black water tank. At the other end of our hose, the 90 degree elbow threads in place just the same. more

Today we're going to be taking a look at the EZ Coupler Self-Threading RV Sewer Hose Adapter, part number F02-3108. This adapter allows you to add a lug fitting to your RV sewer hose. It's threaded on one end so it'll easily thread into your 3 inch standard RV sewer hose. This creates a leak-proof connection. Today we're gonna be taking a look at the EZ Coupler Self-Threading Hose Coupler, part number F02-3102. This hose coupler is going to allow us to connect two EZ Flush Hoses together to get the length we need. As you can see, my hose isn't long enough to reach my dump station. No problem. I've got a second I can connect with my hose coupler. You want to be sure and remove the insert from each hose and then we'll just thread it in. more

Today we're going to be taking a look at the EZ Coupler 90-Degree Bayonet Sewer Fitting. It's available in clear with part number F02-3112CL or in red, part number F02-3112. This sewer fitting is going to allow you to adapt your standard three inch RV sewer hose to a dump station. The bayonet fittings lock it in place and the black rubber seal prevents leaks. Today we're going to take a look at the Valterra 4 inch long RV sewer nipple. This is made of a sturdy ABS plastic construction. Now this sewer line nipple will connect to sewer pipes. It will move waste outside of your RV or motor home. On each end is three inch male external threads which you'll thread onto the sewer system pipe, put a length on this, it's going to be right at 4 inches.
